"Chef Hunter has been cooking, baking, and barbecuing for family, friends, and co-workers for years. While she has many dishes she is known for, it is her Mexican Lasagna that friends, family and co-workers had always requested. This prompted Chef Hunter to submit her recipe to the 2005 APPCA Recipe Contest, resulting in winning honorable mention.
Chef Hunter is always reading cookbooks and cooking magazines for new ideas, recipes, techniques, etc. and is always experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.
Chef Hunter is a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association and was trained in the business by the American Personal and Private Chef Institute. Chef Hunter completed the food handling and sanitation and given her certificate and is also licensed, insured and a member of the Chandler Brownsboro Area Chamber of Commerce.
